The grill enhances their natural sweetness and adds a smoky depth that elevates your dessert. Top the pineapple slices with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple cored and sliced
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp of melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • Favorite frozen yogurt or ice cream to taste
  • Little Red Wagon Cosmopolitan granola to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla together.  
  2. Brush mixture on both sides of sliced pineapple and set aside.
  3. Heat up the grill, and once at the desired temperature, place pineapple slices on the grill rack until the slices begin to caramelize. Flip and repeat on the other side. (You can air-fry or broil pineapples if you don’t want to start up the grill).
  4. Remove pineapple from the grill and place slices into serving bowls.  Scoop ice cream on top and sprinkle with Little Red Wagon Cosmopolitan granola.
  5. Enjoy your granola sundae immediately!
