As you get your fill of pumpkin spice lattes or a pumpkin loaf, whip up a batch of our pumpkin fudge bites. They are a sweet treat that perfectly captures the essence of fall.
These fudge bites are a delightful fusion of creamy fudge and the comforting flavor of pumpkin. The addition of spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves brings a cozy warmth to each bite. Their bite-sized nature makes them easy to share and perfect for Halloween gatherings, cozy family nights, or even as a thoughtful gift for friends and neighbors. They can also easily be dressed up for festive occasions with a drizzle of white chocolate or with additional toppings like chocolate chips, caramel swirls, or even a hint of sea salt to elevate the flavor profile.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground clove
- 1/2 cup of melted milk chocolate
- 1 cup of Little Red Wagon Pumpkin Patch granola
Other:
** You will need a silicone mold to make these fudge bites***
Instructions:
- Melt coconut oil, pumpkin, almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, and clove in a saucepan over medium heat until well combined.
- Blend 1/2 of the granola until rough crumb consistency or oat clusters are gone. Add to liquid mixture, and mix well.
- Add mixture to silicone mold and place in freezer for 5 hours or until frozen solid.
- Remove from molds, drizzle with melted chocolate, and top with remaining granola
- Enjoy!
