Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of matcha powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • A few sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of Little Red Wagon Crunchy Monkey Granola
  • Optional whipped cream for extra topping

Instructions:

  1. In a wide-mouth jar or container of your choice, add matcha powder, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla.  Mix or whisk until matcha is well combined. Add chia seeds and mix until incorporated.
  2. Cover and place in refrigerator until mixture thickens (2 hours to overnight).
  3. Transfer to a serving glass or bowl.  Top with fruit, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of granola.
  4. Enjoy!
